Public School Teacher and Christian School Teacher are Both Noble Callings--But they Are Fundamentally Different Callings
I know it is hard to find teachers these days, and many Christian schools find themselves expanding the pool from which they look to secure new and talented teachers. They hire recent graduates from state universities, Christians who previously taught in public schools, along with Christians with workplace skills that could transfer to the school and classroom. They do this in addition to searching for those who attended colleges the specialized in training for Christian school teachers.
Yet, it is incredibly important to note that the calling of public school teacher and Christian school teacher are very different. They have overlap, but they are not the same thing…in the same way that a public school and a Christian school are very different. That is what I venture into in this recent video on the Faithful and Flourishing Christian School YouTube channel. I hope you find it helpful.
